The terms and conditions herein together with any notices or conditions on other areas of this website will all together govern use by customers of this website.
You should note that Suffolk K9 Academy may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. Suffolk K9 Academy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment is due at or before the first session unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice; missed sessions without notice may be charged in full. Training fees are non-refundable once sessions have commenced, except at Suffolk K9 Academy’s discretion.
Client Agreement & Disclaimer
The information, advice, and training methods provided by Suffolk K9 Academy are intended for educational purposes only. Participation in our training programs implies understanding and acceptance that dog training involves inherent risks. Suffolk K9 Academy, its trainers, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, animals, or property resulting from participation in or the application of our training techniques.
Every dog is unique. While Suffolk K9 Academy uses proven, positive, and effective training methods, no specific outcome or result can be guaranteed. Progress depends on the dog’s age, breed, temperament, previous history, environment, and owner consistency. Continued practice and reinforcement at home are essential for lasting results.
Although our trainers work diligently to improve and manage behavioural concerns, no trainer can guarantee that a dog will never bite, act aggressively, or regress. The owner or handler remains solely responsible for the dog’s behaviour during and after training. Suffolk K9 Academy is not responsible for any actions or behaviours exhibited by the dog outside of training sessions.
Suffolk K9 Academy and its trainers are not veterinarians or veterinary behaviourists. Any recommendations related to health, diet, supplements, or medical treatment are offered as general information only. You should always consult your licensed veterinarian before making changes to your dog’s health care or diet.
Owners agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Suffolk K9 Academy trainers. Dogs must be kept under control and on a lead unless otherwise directed during training sessions. Suffolk K9 Academy is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during unsupervised training, at-home practice, or while on the training premises.
By participating in any Suffolk K9 Academy training program, you grant permission for photos or videos of you and your dog to be taken and used for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
By enrolling in Suffolk K9 Academy’s training services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this contract. You assume all risks associated with training and agree to hold Suffolk K9 Academy harmless from any liability arising from participation in our programs.
